The Target is a secret organisation that are the main antagonists of the game. The Target are equipped with advanced weaponary and superior armor, making the local militia look weak in comparison. The Target utilise monolithic bases to demonstrate their technological superiority.

Technology[]
The Target is the most technologically superior force in the game, even rivaling the Network. The Target has an advanced array of weaponary ranging from high capacity assault rifles to portable SMGs. The Target also equip their infantry with menacing armour which distinquish them from the militia forces and the military. Their bases are a prime example of how advanced they are as their grand size and structure indicate a force that's developed years beyond the current technological curve.
